Julie loves to drop the dogma, colour outside the lines, and take you through a movement journey to discover the inner landscape of your body and mind. In this 90-minute class, we'll talk a little about fascia, bone structure and why so much of yoga asana, initially dominated by men, just doesn't feel right on women's bodies.
Then we'll move through a sequence of unravelling tension, removing resistance and finding elastic strength. You'll feel empowered in your own body and leave with a new curiosity for how you move.
