Hot Yoga

Original Hot (26/2)

60/75 mins of a set sequence of 26 postures. 2 breathing exercises. Build stamina, flexibility, and strength in this alignment-based, sweaty practice. Level is beginner to advanced practitioner. The sequence promotes joint safety and has been assessed and endorsed by numerous GPs and Physios, making it a powerful, nurturing, and accessible practice for all levels. The room will be heated up to 40° with 40% humidity, which encourages a more conscious and deliberate experience.

What to Expect: Static postures in a set sequence, no vinyasas

Step into the warmth of Radiant Flow, our Studio’s signature hot yoga experience held at 35°, where fire becomes your teacher and transformation is your path. This powerful practice blends dynamic sequencing, embodied breathwork, and the alchemical power of heat to refine strength, ignite energy, and awaken the light within.

More than just movement, Radiant Flow is a journey through the elements of transformation — stoking your inner fire, dissolving tension, and clarifying the mind. With each breath, you are guided to move beyond the surface and into the deeper layers of awareness and embodiment.

What to Expect: intelligent sequencing that builds heat slowly and purposefully. Fluid movement and progressive options.

Yantra HOT

A hot yoga class designed to ignite your inner strength and elevate your spirit. This class features a set sequence of postures in a room heated with infrared panels creating a gentle heat that deeply penetrates the body, building an environment that enhances your willpower, core strength and flexibility.

Expect to move through a series of poses that challenge and inspire, guided by precise alignment cues that ensure safety and effectiveness, and experience the transformative power of a practice that nurtures both body and soul. 

What to Expect: Active, dynamic movement but no sun salutations.

Nourish + Restore

A sanctuary for the mind and body designed to soothe the nervous system and find inner balance. This slow and supportive practice guides you gently through floor-based postures, mindful movement, and deep rest. Each pose is explored step-by-step, with the use of props to encourage comfort, grounding, and safety.

Your teacher may weave in elements of Yin and Restorative yoga to release tension, calm the mind, and invite profound relaxation. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking slow nourishment over intensity.

What to Expect: A gentle, floor-based class suitable for all levels. Slow, mindful movement with clear guidance. Use of props for support and comfort. Nervous system regulation through stillness and breath

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a powerful and dynamic sequence of postures linked with breath which will quickly help develop strength and flexibility. You will start by learning the Primary series which is a set sequence including Sun Salutations. At Yantra Studio we offer modifications and use props. Teachers offer touch/adjustments in this class.

Embodied Flow

A creative flowing class that is structured but allows you to investigate your own physicality and move with freedom and ease. Sensing and feeling play an important part in helping to be able to regulate the nervous system and this class will help you do just that!

Shake the Dust

Shake the Dust is not just another fitness class. It’s a unique blend of shaking, jumping, high-intensity movement, bodyweight training, yoga, pilates, somatics, dance and intuitive movement, all set to energising music. This one-of-a-kind class is designed to make you feel better physically and mentally.

Barre & Barre Fusion

Love Ballet? Love Pilates? then the Barre class is perfect for you (and everyone!). A dynamic yet low-impact workout, Barre fuses elements of the disciplines of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to promote strong lean muscles and improve posture and stability. This class is energising and you will leave Barre class feeling GREAT! No ballet experience is necessary the Barre is open to all levels and especially good for anyone rehabbing injury.

Barre Fusion will incorporate a longer Yoga-based cool down.

Pilates & YogaFusion

We offer a classical mat work class that is suitable for all levels. The focus of the class is to improve core strength, spinal health, balance, coordination, flexibility, hip mobility and strength. this is achieved through a range of dynamic Pilates exercises. The class will also incorporate; Pilates Circles, Balls, weights & bands to help intensify & assist the movements. 

YogaFusion is a blend of yoga postures and pilates core work. A typical class may include popular yoga postures like downward-facing dog and warrior poses with Sun Salutations, stretching and intense core and abdominal strength work. Some exercises may require props such as blocks, resistance bands and weights to intensify the effect. Yoga Fusion may also feature breathing exercises, guided mindfulness and relaxation.

H.H.I. P (Hot High Intensity Pilates)

A fun, high intensity, low impact Pilates class under far infra-red heat, combining the very best of Mat Pilates with Interval training and all the benefits that come with both. Improved strength, joint mobility, circulation, breathing, energy levels, focus, stress management to name but a few.

What to expect: Some awesome beats, big sweats, high energy, low impact Pilates HIIT style.
