Hot Yoga

Original (26/2)

The original hot yoga (based on the Bikram series) consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practised in a specific order in a heated room.

The room will be heated up to 40° with 40% humidity which encourages a more conscious and deliberate experience.

What to Expect: Static postures in a set sequence, no vinyasas

Level: Open

Duration: 60 & 75 minutes
Focus: Mental Clarity. Endurance. Strength

Radiant Flow

Move and breathe in 35° Our signature hot flow class. Moving on your breath, flow through a creative, satisfying, alignment-based sweat-provoking practice in the infrared heat.  No class is the same as teachers will bring their own creative spin to the RF. Enjoy and tap into your innate radiance!

What to Expect: Flowing movement. Dynamic transitions. Some challenge, some pauses. Creative sequencing.

Level: Open but may include more challenging postures
Heat: 35-37° with 40% Humidity
Duration: 45 & 60 minutes
Focus: Alignment. Breath. Strength & Flexibility

Yantra HOT

A hot yoga class designed to ignite your inner strength and elevate your spirit. This class features a set sequence of postures in a room heated with infrared panels creating a gentle heat that deeply penetrates the body, building an environment that enhances your willpower, core strength and flexibility.

Expect to move through a series of poses that challenge and inspire, guided by precise alignment cues that ensure safety and effectiveness, and experience the transformative power of a practice that nurtures both body and soul. 

What to Expect: Active, dynamic movement but no sun salutations.

Duration: 60 minutes
Focus: Alignment. Core Strength. Flexibility

Warm + Ambient

Nourish + Restore

A sanctuary for beginners and those seeking an escape for the mind and body. In this class, we embrace a slower pace, breaking down the flow step-by-step. Teachers may add some elements of Yin yoga or Restorative to help balance the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

What to Expect: A gentle unwinding: Perfect for beginners or those craving a slower-paced session. Mainly floor-based,. Props always.

Heat: Pleasant. No Humidity
Duration: 45 & 60 minutes
Focus: Breath. Mindfulness. Rest & Relaxation.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a powerful and dynamic sequence of postures linked with breath which will quickly help develop strength and flexibility. You will start by learning the Primary series which is a set sequence including Sun Salutations. At Yantra Studio we offer modifications and use props. Teachers offer touch/adjustments in this class.

Level: All but some yoga experience is helpful

Focus: Breath. Strength. Mobility, Mindfulness.

Fitness, Movement, Pilates + Barre

Shake the Dust

Shake the Dust is not just another fitness class. It’s a unique blend of shaking, jumping, high-intensity movement, bodyweight training, yoga, pilates, somatics, dance and intuitive movement, all set to energising music. This one-of-a-kind class is designed to make you feel better physically and mentally.

Heat: Ambient
Duration: 75 minutes
Focus: Somatic release. HIIT. Yoga.

Barre & Barre Fusion

Love Ballet? Love Pilates? then the Barre class is perfect for you (and everyone!). A dynamic yet low-impact workout, Barre fuses elements of the disciplines of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to promote strong lean muscles and improve posture and stability. This class is energising and you will leave Barre class feeling GREAT! No ballet experience is necessary the Barre is open to all levels and especially good for anyone rehabbing injury.

Barre Fusion will incorporate a longer Yoga-based cool down.

Pilates & YogaFusion

We offer a classical mat work class that is suitable for all levels. The focus of the class is to improve core strength, spinal health, balance, coordination, flexibility, hip mobility and strength. this is achieved through a range of dynamic Pilates exercises. The class will also incorporate; Pilates Circles, Balls, weights & bands to help intensify & assist the movements. 

YogaFusion is a blend of yoga postures and pilates core work. A typical class may include popular yoga postures like downward-facing dog and warrior poses with Sun Salutations, stretching and intense core and abdominal strength work. Some exercises may require props such as blocks, resistance bands and weights to intensify the effect. Yoga Fusion may also feature breathing exercises, guided mindfulness and relaxation.

Focus: Isometric Movement. Toning, Fitness

H.H.I. P (Hot High Intensity Pilates)

A fun, high intensity, low impact Pilates class under far infra-red heat, combining the very best of Mat Pilates with Interval training and all the benefits that come with both. Improved strength, joint mobility, circulation, breathing, energy levels, focus, stress management to name but a few.

What to expect: Some awesome beats, big sweats, high energy, low impact Pilates HIIT style.
