Hot Yoga in Norwich
Yantra Studio is an independent Yoga, Pilates and Movement centre specialising in Hot Yoga in Norwich.
We offer a range of hot and warm classes. All our classes are heated by FAR infra red panels. Infrared heating utilises invisible, low-frequency waves to gently heat the body from within. FAR infrared heating creates a gentle, soothing warmth that helps to relax both the body and mind. We use a humidifier to help to keep the air moist, allowing for deeper breathing and reducing the risk of dehydration
