Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that focuses on holding relaxing, passive poses for longer periods. Targeting the body's connective tissues, this slower, deeply restorative approach enables both a physical and emotional release of tension.
The combination of Yin yoga's grounding physicality and the sounds' vibrations, makes for an incredibly calming experience for the body and mind.
Please note that Soundbath sessions are not suitable for those fitted with a pacemaker/defibrilator, who have epilepsy, are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have tinnitus, are in crisis, have a diagnosed severe mental health condition, suffer with a serious drug and/or alcohol dependency or are taking prescribed anti-psychotic drugs. Please do not consume alcohol 24-48 hours prior to and after a session.
