In this two-hour class, discover the vital role of the spinal range of motion and how to enhance natural support for the body's backline while simultaneously allowing the body to open up without burdening the spine. 

Julie's mode of delivery will keep you curious about your own body structure and get playful with how we find true alignment. Information woven into movement meditation to take you further in your practice. 

If you've ever experienced difficulty with back bends or simply wish to cultivate greater ease with them, this session is perfectly tailored for you. No matter your current level of flexibility or experience, you'll walk away with valuable insights and practices that contribute to your well-being.
